It looks like a decent deal, with no catches that I can see. The drill is a slightly updated version of the one I own, I love that impact (despite it not being brushless with multiple speed settings), and the other tools seem like solid offerings.
The bit set is great too, by the way. I really like the new Bosch impact-rated accessories.

There’s also a deal on a Bosch 12V Max PS31 drill/driver kit. While perhaps a little long in the tooth, it’s a well-regarded compact drill.
The price is good for what you get, but if you could also spend $10 more to get the DDB181 18V drill kit. Don’t confuse the DDB181 for the DDS181A in the kit above – the DDB181 is more of a compact entry price point model, while the DDS is more “middle of the road.”
