In a comment to a recent deal post, Fred mentioned that Tools-Plus was also participating in a promo. They saw his link and reached out to me. We talked about the potential for working together in the future, and I asked about whether they’re running any unique specials right now, and they are.
Shown here is the Hitachi WR18DSHL 18V cordless 1/2″ high torque impact wrench kit. It comes with the tool, a carrying case, charger, and (2) 4.0Ah battery packs.
This heavy duty impact wrench delivers up to ~354 ft-lbs of tightening and loosening torque. It has a forward/reverse rocker switch, LED light, and battery fuel gauge.
While not the prettiest impact wrench out there (something that we talked about on the phone), it’s highly functional and capable. It won’t win any power contests against the latest and best cordless impact wrenches in the industry, but 354 ft-lbs (4250 in-lbs) is quite a lot of torque nonetheless, and the Hitachi kit comes in at a fraction of other brands’ bare tool prices.
