In my experience, $159 is the “typical” price, although some retailers tend to charge more.
Right now, the Amazon price is $130, which is a decent price. The price on the 2-pack was quite a bit lower at the start of December 2019, but only a few dollars less in November ($123).
When you need new batteries, you need new batteries.
